1. Onun and these terms

Onun be AI is a hub for education, news, tools and creation with artificial intelligence, operated by Pires & Martins Comércio e Serviços Ltda., trading as Unkern Studio, CNPJ 53.349.300/0001-47.

These terms govern account creation and use of the platform, including PromptGen, the library, Feed and integrations. Public pages can be viewed without an account. For service questions, contact [email protected].

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, an email you can access and a secure password. Email verification is required for protected features. Do not share your password or API key, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms. Minors must have permission and supervision from their legal guardian. The platform is not directed at children.

3. Tools and artificial intelligence

AI results may contain errors, bias or similarities to existing content. Review your outputs and check permissions, accuracy and suitability before publishing or using them commercially. Articles and rankings are informational and may change.

When connecting OpenRouter, you use your own account and key. Costs, limits, availability and model terms are set by their providers. Onun does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or suitability for every generated result.

4. Your creations and the Feed

You keep the rights you hold in your content. By posting to the Feed, you give Onun non-exclusive permission, without transferring ownership, to store, technically process and display the post to operate and promote the Feed while the post remains published.

Posts include an image or video link, prompt, AI used, description and display name. They are public and may be viewed or copied by others. Share only content you have the right to share; an available prompt does not grant rights to depicted brands, images or people.

You can archive your posts. Archiving removes a post from the Feed but does not undo copies made by others. Public files and caches may need specific removal; request this through the privacy contact.

5. Responsible use

Do not use Onun for fraud, harassment, sexual exploitation, discrimination, rights violations, illegal content, unauthorized access or intentional service overload. Do not publish other people's personal data without a legitimate basis.

Clones, avatars and personas must not deceptively impersonate real people. Obtain the necessary permissions to use third-party images, voices, identities and materials. Respect integrated providers' terms.

We may restrict features or remove posts that violate these terms, the law or community safety. To request a review, write to [email protected] with details of the incident.

6. Availability and termination

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, interruptions and integration changes may occur. Keep copies of your materials: drafts and the local library depend on this browser and may be lost when you clear its data.

You may stop using Onun at any time and request account closure through our contact. Deletion is subject to legal retention obligations and third-party rights. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including consumer protection.

7. Privacy, changes and contact

Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Accepting these terms does not authorize optional cookies, marketing or unrestricted use of your data.

We record the date and document versions presented at registration. Significant changes will be announced on the platform and may require renewed acceptance or consent. Brazilian law applies, respecting users' legally guaranteed rights and jurisdiction.
